DEPOSIT

A deposit of $200.00/week is required to hold your reservation

CANCELLATION

Full Refund of Deposit - we require at least 30 days notice. If this is done, you will receive a full refund less $10.00 for management costs.

If we receive fewer than 30 days notice, you will receive a full refund of your deposit less the $10.00 management fee if we are able to rent it at the same rate.

If we need to pay for advertising for that week and it is rented the cost of the advertisement will be deducted from the deposit.

If we are unable to rent that week, we maintain the option to withhold your deposit.

Check In -  After 4pm

Check Out -  Before 10:30am

SMOKING

No smoking permitted in the cottages.

CHILDREN

Children are always welcome.

PETS

• If you bring your pet, we expect you to let us know when you book with us.
• We charge $60.00/week for each pet.
• We expect the owner to be responsible for cleaning up after their pet
